How to Order

Ordering is easy. You can order online with our Paypal Shopping Cart or if you prefer to order by mail, send me an e-mail detailing what you wish to purchase and I will reply with the total cost so you can send a check. I will send you an e-mail confirmation once we have received your check or money order.

Note to Non-Paypal Customers: When completing your transaction, you might be prompted to re-enter your credit card number and expiration date even though you have clicked on the "Complete Checkout" button. Don't worry, your credit card will not be double-charged! Paypal could not explain to me why that happens, but it does happen sometimes and my customers are not double-charged. In the unlikely event a double-charge should occur, I will issue an immediate refund.

Shipping and Handling

If for some reason your order will be delayed (fragrances or colors out of stock), we will e-mail you promptly to let you know when you can expect to receive your order. We will also e-mail you in the event that your chosen fragrance will cause ugly soap discoloration and suggest some alternate fragrances. See the Fragrance page for more details on possible discoloration.

Your soaps will be made within 5 days of receiving your order. For large orders please allow additional time. If placing a large order, we will contact you to let you know an estimated delivery date. If paying by Money Order your soaps will be sent immediately upon completion. If paying by Personal Check, your soaps will be sent when your check has cleared the bank (usually 7 to 10 days).

Shipping Charges are as follows for the Continental US. For Alaska, Canada, and Hawaii, please e-mail me for a shipping quote prior to ordering.

$0 - $9.99 = $8.00

$10.00 - $49.99 = $11.00

$50.00 - $99.99 = $14.00

$100.00 - $199.99 = $17.00

$200.00+ = $20.00

Returns

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your soaps, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.
